Return policy

Thank you for shopping at Sartori Amici Life

We offer a full refund upon request within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will be offered the option to exchange the product or receive a store credit.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

· Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

· The item must be in the original packaging, if applicable.

· To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

· Any Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sartoriamici.com and either bring the store or mail the item to: 225 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, FL 33134.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

· Gift cards

· Tailored items (some exceptions apply)

· Final Sale Items

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

· Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days. If the item was paid in cash, a gift certificate for the amount in question will be issued.

Late or missing refunds

· If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then please contact your banking institution or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

· We will not cover shipping costs for the return of an item.

· Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
